Australian Alpine has been an essential part of my morning for years now, and my go-to gift for friends who appreciate green tea. I love it for its depth and richness of body, balanced with a delicate buttery, grassy sweetness. (Do pay attention to steeping temperature: 75-80 degrees is really the sweet spot.) Even more so, since giving up coffee, I find Alpine brings the sharpened focus and sustained clarity needed to see me to my desk, all without the come-down crash.
