Description
Silver Needles (Yin Zhen) is a premium tea, the finest of white teas. This Silver needles (Bai Hao Yin Zhen) comes from the highly regarded Fuding Da Bai tea bush variety which is organically grown in Fuding county, Fujian province, China. Hand-picked, only the unopened buds are gathered during the first spring harvest. Each long, tender bud is covered with downy white hair (Bai Hao).
This tea is pure, clean and refreshing with a flavour that hints at soft floral sweetness.
