Description
Da Hong Pao is one of the ‘rock’ oolongs named after the rocky cliffs of Mount Wuyi in which they grow. Unlike greener oolongs this is more heavily roasted in its processing, hence the darker leaves. Its honeyed-fruit flavour with a char-roasted edge reflects the unique terroir of the Wuyi mountain growing region.
