Fujian Province
Fujian Province is a famous tea growing region located along the south eastern coast of China. It provides a treasure trove of some of the world’s finest teas, such as the broad-leafed, pine smoked Lapsang Souchong, the highly regarded Wuyi cliff oolongs such as Da Hong Pao (Big Red Robe) and Ti Lo Han as well as the ball-rolled Tieguanyin (Iron Goddess). Fujian Province is also historically linked to the cultivation and manufacture of fine white tea.
The traditional method of scenting jasmine tea is also practised in this special tea growing region.
